Warranty Policy

DUCTLESS WARRANTY/POLICY

All units should be professionally installed, repaired, serviced, and maintained by a Kooltech authorized/certified professional air-conditioning contractor.

• If installed by a certified contractor/technician of your choice, failure to provide proof of installation (if needed) voids the warranty.
• A warranty is void if the equipment and/or unit is removed from its original installation location.
• Warranty does not cover damage or defect resulting from BPL/ANIMAL/FOOD/FIRE/LIGHTING or INSTALLATION in a corrosive atmosphere, accident, neglect or unreasonable use or operation of equipment including voltages applied other than the range specified on the nameplate.
• 1-year warranty on parts (all units)
• 1-year warranty on compressors (all units)
• AUU UNITS NOT INSTALLED by a Kooltech contractor/technician will incur a minimum service charge for labor and/or materials to replace warranty parts.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to request the correct unit voltage.

Note: Please retain warranty documents for your records and future reference. This warranty gives the owner specific rights.

There will be a 10% restocking fee on ALL returned and exchanged units.

No refund on cancellations, sale items, and returns. No return on electrical items/materials.
